Researchers, doctors, their patients and supporters are venturing out of labs, hospitals and offices across the country to stand up to what they call an attack on life-saving science by the Trump administration. Friday’s Stand Up for Science rallies in the nation’s capital and more than 30 other cities aim to feature a different kind of protester.
