A few days before Apple unveils the iPhone 17 series, Samsung has announced it will be holding a Galaxy Unpacked event on September 4, which will feature “premium AI tablets” and a new Galaxy S25 series phone.

In a press release, Samsung said that the event starts at 3 PM IST and will be livestreamed on its official website and YouTube channel. While the company hasn’t unveiled the full list of products, Samsung did confirm on its website that it will be launching the Galaxy Tab S10 Lite.

To give you a quick recap, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S10 Lite is powered by the Exynos 1380 chipset, which made its debut on the Galaxy Tab S9 FE series. The tablet has a 10.9-inch TFT screen with a 90Hz refresh rate and 600 nits of max brightness. Running on Android 15 based on One UI 7 out of the box, it comes with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage, which can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card. You also get a 5MP selfie shooter and an 8MP rear camera. And yes, the tablet comes with S-Pen in the box. All of this is backed by an 8,000mAh battery. Since Samsung usually refreshes its Fan Edition lineup at this time of the year, the mystery Galaxy S series device might turn out to be the much-anticipated Galaxy S25 FE.

The most affordable Galaxy S25 series phone is said to come with a 6.67-inch sAMOLED screen with 120Hz refresh rate and might be powered by the Exynos 2400 chipset.

Rumour has it that the upcoming device will have a 4,900mAh battery with support for 45W wired and 15W wireless charging. Like the Galaxy S25 series, we expect to see a minimal looking elliptical camera island that houses a 50MP primary lens, a 12MP ultrawide shooter and an 8MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom.

The device is said to come with Android 16 based on One UI 8 out of the box, but we will have to wait a few more days to know for sure.
