The One Foot Japan grab is one of those obscure tricks that you may not reach for all the time in the skateboard game, so here’s a quick reminder on how to pull it off.
How to perform One Foot Japan
You can pull off the One Foot Japan grab move in THPS 3 + 4 by pointing the d-pad or analog stick towards the top left corner and double-tapping the grab button. If you don’t double-tap grab, you will perform the Japan trick, so make sure you press it twice to get the correct move.
One Foot Japan the Tower Poppin’ Transfer
There’s a challenge on the Los Angeles level that asks you to One Foot Japan the Tower Poppin’ Transfer, giving you the perfect opportunity to show your expertise of the trick.
All you need to do is build up enough speed to go up the ramp near the fountain, then land inside the ramp directly above it. The gap is easy to hit, and you can make it less challenging if you start in the ramp on the raised platform and then drop into the ramp near the fountain.
