Motorola to launch Moto buds LOOP and BASS in India this September

Motorola will launch two new wireless earbuds in India: the Moto buds LOOP on September 1 and the Moto buds BASS on September 8. While the LOOP earbuds are tuned by Bose and designed for all-day wear, the more affordable BASS model promises Hi-Res LDAC audio and class-leading active noise cancellation.

Moto buds LOOP

Positioned as a premium audio offering, the Moto buds LOOP come with sound tuned by Bose and EVO certification. They feature 12mm ironless drivers for detailed, balanced output, along with a dual-mic system supported by CrystalTalk AI for clear calls in noisy environments.

The LOOP is built for comfort, with a lightweight design, reinforced memory alloy frame, and IP54-rated water and sweat resistance. Battery life extends up to eight hours per charge and 39 hours with the case, while fast charging delivers three hours of playback in just 10 minutes. Integrated Moto AI and Smart Connect allow hands-free voice commands and seamless control.

Moto buds BASS

Targeted at younger listeners, the Moto buds BASS emphasise power and immersion with SUPER BASS tuning and Hi-Res LDAC audio. The earbuds support up to 50dB True Active Noise Cancellation with an ultrawide 4kHz cancellation range, offering Noise Cancelling, Transparency, Adaptive, and Off modes.

Connectivity is enhanced with Bluetooth® 5.3 and Google Fast Pair, while the Moto buds app allows users to customise ANC, EQ, and touch controls. A triple-microphone system on each earbud (six in total) improves call quality outdoors. Battery life runs up to 7 hours on a charge, extending to 48 hours with the case. The earbuds are lightweight at 51g, IP54-rated, and come in bold Pantone-inspired colours.

Price and availability

The Moto buds LOOP will go on sale on 1 September at 12 pm, priced at Rs 7,999 (with an introductory bank offer reducing the effective price to Rs 6,999). The Moto buds BASS will be available from 8 September at 12 pm for Rs 1,999. Both models will be sold via Flipkart, Motorola’s official website, and leading retail stores.
